Why is the application fee non-refundable?
First Home Realty performs a credit check, criminal background check and income and employment verification for every applicant.The application fee covers this process and must be paid, regardless of whether your application is accepted.
What if I have a problem with the home I've rented?
We have a detailed Tenant Information Packet (PDF) that describes exactly what to do, who to contact and how to reach them if you have a problem during your tenancy.

What happens with my Good Faith Deposit If I'm not approved?

      

Your Good Faith Deposit will be returned to you within 48 hours of the declination along with a letter detailing why you were declined.
