Will First Home Realty help me choose a property to purchase?

First Home Realty has a seperate sales department that's designed to assist our investors in locating properties that will assure them a an excellent return on their Investment. We can provide a Rental Property Assessment Analysis ($150) that includes a Market Rent Survey and our recommendation on what the property would rent for.

What if something happens to the property and I live in France?

As long as you can get to the internet, you'll be able to make informed, timely decisions about unexpected repairs.

Scenario: A storm topples a tree in the backyard of your property, and the tree falls toward the house and damages the deck. The tenant contacts First Home Realty. We visit the property, take digital photographs of the damage and post them to your property page on our website. We contact Remodeling Renovations & Repairs, Inc. for an itemized estimate and post that on your property page. The estimate states that tree removal and deck repair will cost $4,000. You'll be able to approve the estimate, transfer the money into the First Home Realty escrow account and we'll be able to get repairs started virtually immediately.
