What should you do?
The tenant hasn't paid the rent in months, your property has been trashed, and you haven't had to deal with evicting a tenant before.

First Home Realty has extensive experience in "bailing Out" landlords from tenants who aren't paying their rent.
To put you back in control, we will:
  • Dispossess the current tenant
  • Clean up the property and get it "rent ready" for the next tenant
  • Market the property
  • Install a new tenant
  • Manage that tenant

The cost for this service is a flat fee of $500 plus expenses for the dispossessory.

Because we don't have an attorney on staff, after a management agreement is signed we will engage a legal service on your behalf to pursue the dispossessory. Expenses for simple dispossessories usually run $350 to $550. Complex dispossessories have higher expenses.

To repair the property and make it "rent ready" for the next tenant we will coordinate the activities of vendors as required.

This service is available only as part of an ongoing management program.
