Lease Purchase  Application Process
Each adult who will occupy the property must submit a complete application. Married couples must apply separately: each spouse must submit a complete application and pay an application fee.

For each lease purchaser, we verify the following:
  • Credit
  • Criminal Background
  • Income and Employment
  • Rental History

In addition to the above you must also adhere and agree to the terms listed in the following documents:

  • Hope Lease Purchase Orientation
  • Do's & Don't list
  • Mortgage Plan
  • Monthly Reviews
  • Required Classes (when necessary)
  • Lease Purchase Agreement
  • Lease For Lease Purchase Agreement
  • Completed Application
To Make Application for One of our Rent-To-Own Properties:
  • Pay an application fee of $50.00 for each adult over the age of 18 who will occupy the property. The application fee may be by check payable to "First Home Realty." The application fee is non-refundable. We cannot process your application until we receive the application fee.
  • FAX our lease purchase application consent agreement (PDF) and your two most recent pay stubs to 866.398.1924.
  • Complete our online lease purchase application.
  • The property will remain listed and available for lease purchase until we receive:
  • Once you've been approved for the rent-to-own program then a non-refundable one-time fee of $199.00 is due. This fee covers all program material, quarterly credit reports, etc.
No property will be removed from the market until your application is approved and we have received your signed Good Faith Agreement and Good Faith Deposit.
