Community Stabilization
In this Challenging Market, selling a home can be difficult. Being just short of giving
away the farm by having to compete with Foreclosures have left us in a declining Market,
this is a problem that we face Nationwide. This does not benefit anyone, not the Buyer,
the Seller, the Builder, or the Investor. When too many foreclosures occur in our
communities it compromises all home values.
The HOPE Program allows the Seller, Builder, or Investor to obtain Fair Market Values,
pay minimum closing costs, and obtain a potential homebuyer who is serious about
purchasing their property, all while earning a handsome tax write-off. By Obtaining
Fair Market Value, this program will help Stabilize the Market Place by restoring values
in the Communities.
The HOPE Program will allow Buyers the ability to restore their credit by working with
our credit counselors, acquire the tools and education needed to become a Homeowner,
and Occupy the property before closing while building equity and rent credits.
